Remembering your
appointment
“We’re all human, we all seem to lead busy lives & we do all forget things from time to time, so we’ll TEXT you with your appointment details the day before your visit. Not a nag, but a gentle reminder not to forget your appointment.

Our aim is to provide all our patients with the best possible care, and an important part of this care is to ensure all our patients have the best opportunity for accessing dental appointments when they need them. We therefore operate a strict cancellation and missed appointment policy at the practice to ensure fairness to our patients and clinical staff.

If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to rearrange it, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us sufficient time to attempt to re-allocate your appointment time to patients who require an emergency appointment or are on our waiting list.
If part or the whole of the cancelled surgery time is used by another patient, cancellation charges will be reduced accordingly.

We do understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will take all valid reasons into account.
Many thanks”
