PRINCIPAL CLINICIAN
Duncan Macnair BDS (Lond.)
GDC: 60930
Having qualified from University College Hospital, London in 1985 Duncan has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and rehabilitation of neglected mouths.
Over the last 35 years Duncan has gained an invaluable wealth of experience now shared with the whole practice team and continues to expand his knowledge & expertise through constant retraining both at home and abroad, keeping up with all that modern dentistry has to offer.

ASSOCIATE DENTIST
Louisa Payne BDS (NCL)
GDC: 250927
Louisa qualified from Newcastle University in 2014 and has since practiced general dentistry in clinics across London. Owing to her love of the outdoors, she has recently relocated to Surrey with her young family. Louisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Whitehouse, including a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment), short term orthodontics and aesthetic composite restorations.
PRACTICE MANAGER
Gill Smith
Gill is usually to be found at reception, on hand to guide you through your visit to the practice, answering any queries you may have regarding all aspects of your care at the Whitehouse.

Justine Whitworth
So much more than just a receptionist, Justine is on hand at reception to guide patients through arranging appointments to fit in with their often hectic schedules and our busy diaries. Also, a kind face and sounding board if there's anything you'd like to share with us, good or bad.
DENTAL HYGIENIST&THERAPIST
Beata Rzeznik
GDC No: 234658
Bea, originally from Poland, entered dentistry as a dental nurse and worked at Guy’s Hospital in the periodontology (gum disease) department. She also holds a Certificate in Oral Health Education.
Since graduating in July 2020 from the University of Portsmouth with a first-class degree as a dental therapist, she has been working in the private sector across Hampshire and Surrey.
Bea has an interest in gum disease and enjoys providing tailored care to patients with an emphasis on prevention. She works well with nervous patients and does her best to make her patients feel comfortable due to her calm and friendly nature.
She is passionate about her profession and regularly attends courses and conferences to keep her knowledge up to date.
Outside work, Bea enjoys visiting exhibitions and galleries and live music and is keen on general wellness, including fitness, nutrition, and mental health.
Dental Hygienist
Nikema Greenaway
GDC: 248345
Nikema qualified with Honours in Dental Hygiene from the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy in 2021. She has recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics for Hygienists.
Nikema enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a keen interest in minimally invasive treatments. This involves using the latest technology to provide a pleasant pain-free experience for her patients. Equally, a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in surgery is important to Nikema. She always endeavours to make her patients feel at ease with her gentle approach.

Nikema enjoys listening to podcasts and reading during her commute to work. Her wellbeing is important so she can be found at the occasional gym class or trying to eat something healthy. Her favourite quote is, “consistency is key.”

Angela, Polly and Olivia together make up our diligent & caring nursing team. With over forty years of combined experience, they bring together the very best principles and practices of dental nursing to enhance our patients’ experience - whether you're here for a complex dental procedure or a simple check-up, they are always on hand to assist both Duncan & Louisa in making your treatment as comfortable as it can possibly be. Adept, knowledgeable and, above all, compassionate, their first class approach to nursing ensures all the needs of our patients are met with a smile and for those of you who may be feeling a little apprehensive, a comforting hand to hold.
