Many thanks for your patience and understanding
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have had to make some changes to the way that we work at the practice. We'd be most grateful if, upon arrival in the car park or, if on foot, when close to the practice, that you telephone reception letting us know you've arrived. It may be that we're not quite ready for you to enter the practice under social distancing guidelines, in which case we might ask you to stay in your car/outside for just a couple of minutes longer and wait for us to call you back. Once we're ready and you're at our door, please do ring the doorbell and one of our reception team will let you in. We'll take your temperature, ask you to sanitise your hands and then provide you with a pair of disposable gloves to be worn for the duration of your time in the building.
If you're arriving by car, it'd be great if you could arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.

In the interests of social distancing & to keep the number of people in the practice to a minimum please come to your appointment alone, unless of course you need to have a carer or parent with you.

Upon arriving in the car park, please call us and we'll let you know whether we're ready for you to walk up to the front door.

If we're not quite ready to see you whilst still observing social distancing, we may ask you to wait for a couple of minutes. We'll call you right back as soon as we're ready.

On arriving at the front door, please ring the 'VISITORS' bell and we'll let you in.
